Short version: Be a good human, don't share your login, don't redistribute the lessons, and we'll refund you within 7 days if you change your mind. The long version is below.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on Learn Micro Saas ("the platform"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't create an account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. One account per human — no sharing, no reselling access. If we detect shared credentials we may suspend the account without refund.
You must be 16 or older to create an account. You must use a real email address we can reach you at.
What you get
When you enrol in a program, you get access to:
- All published lessons in that program, for the access term stated at checkout (usually lifetime).
- The associated private community room(s).
- Live cohort calls if your enrolment includes a cohort.
- Updates we publish to the program, at no extra charge.
"Lifetime" means the expected lifetime of the platform. If we ever shut down the platform, we'll give registered users 90 days' notice and a way to export their progress.
License to use content
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lessons, templates, and other materials for your own learning and use on your own projects. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or publish our lessons, scripts, or templates.
- Use our materials to build a competing educational product.
- Extract content via scrapers, bots, or download tooling.
You may absolutely use what you learn — including the templates and code patterns — in client work and products you sell. That's the whole point.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Email liaqateagle786@gmail.com from the email on the account.
After 7 days, refunds are case-by-case. We're reasonable. Chargebacks without prior contact will result in permanent account suspension.
Community conduct
The community is the product. We expect you to:
- Be respectful. No harassment, slurs, hate speech, or bad-faith trolling.
- Keep it on topic. The rooms are for building — not recruitment, MLMs, or unrelated promotion.
- Share real wins & real struggles. Fabricating results gets you removed.
- Respect NDAs. Don't post client secrets, private keys, or other confidential material.
Moderators can remove posts and suspend accounts at their discretion. Serious violations result in permanent removal without refund.
Intellectual property
We own the lessons, templates, site code, and branding. You own what you build with what you learn — and anything you post in the community that's original to you (we just need a licence to display it inside the platform).
Termination
You can delete your account any time from your profile page or by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. Termination for cause is without refund.
Warranty & liability
The platform is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it secure and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or bug-free. Our total liability to you, in any form, is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We don't guarantee any specific outcome from the programs. We teach what has worked for us and hundreds of other operators — what you do with it is up to you.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes go to the courts of Karachi, unless the law of your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
